The Expert Index is an editorial publication. You may read, link to and quote from it with attribution. You may not copy the indexes or profiles in bulk, scrape the site for commercial use, or present our rankings as your own.

Rankings and profiles

Rankings are editorial assessments made under the published methodology. They are opinions based on evidence available at the time of publication and are not advice to hire or not hire anyone. Profiles are compiled from public sources and, where marked, from verification. We correct errors as described in our editorial standards.

Nominations

Nominations are free and do not create any claim to a listing. By submitting a nomination you confirm that the information is accurate to your knowledge and that you may share it with us.

Badges

Badges are licensed to listed experts under the rules on the badges page. The license ends when the listing ends or when we withdraw it.

Sponsored content and verified profiles

Paid features and verified profiles are labeled on the page. They are subject to a separate agreement and never affect rankings.

Liability

We take care to publish accurate information, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or current. To the extent permitted by law, EKN Media LLC (in formation) is not liable for decisions made on the basis of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
